Get the year off to a healthy start and new habits will last throughout the year.

With so much conflicting information out there, it is easy to become confused about healthy eating

On this cookery day I will show you how to cook delicious meals from all the food groups to ensure a healthy balance of nutrients & vitamins.

  • Frozen Fruit Smoothie with Granola
  • Breakfast Muffins 3 Ways
  • Baked Chicken with Orange & Fennel
  • Beef Goulash, Cauliflower & Almond Pilau with Yoghurt
  • Pesto Crust Cod Fillet with Crispy Parma
  • Soy & Ginger Salmon Fishcakes
  • Sticky Banana Pudding
  • Apple & Cinnamon Pie

How The Day Goes…

10.30AM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

11AM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

1.30PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.
