The secret to a relaxed Christmas is to plan and get ahead and have the following in the freezer, larder or cake tins so when time is short with shopping,wrapping, parties, school concerts etc. You can relax and accept all invitations knowing you have everything under control:

  • Cranberry & Chestnut Stuffing
  • Macadamia & Pistachio Nut Roast for Vegetarians
  • Double Roasted Potatoes
  • Bread Sauce
  • Cranberry & Port Compote
  • Boxing Day Pie
  • Thyme Roasted Vegetables

Its stir up Sunday so get the family cooking:

  • Christmas Pudding
  • Mincemeat for Frangipane Mince Pies
  • Christmas Tree Biscuits

How The Day Goes…

10.30AM - Arrival tea, coffee, soft drinks and homemade biscuits. A chance to get to know the group and prepare for a few hours of cooking heaven.

11AM – The cooking demonstration will start and last for around 2½ hours.

1.30PM – All the food cooked is served for lunch with wine – you will receive a folder with all Phyl’s recipes and handy hints and tips.
